Staff members insist that I am wrong

I was in Game Clearwater this weekend, to purchase a Logik air cooler this item was advertised as follows: Was R799, Now R749.
When I arrived at the till point, the product was scanned at R849, I then indicated using my pamphlet that the item is actually R749, the staff members then started speaking in their African language (assuming I did not understand), well I do actually understand, they insisted that the product is not the same one, and actually said that I was stupid. I then said if you don't believe me I will take you to the shelf where the price is also R749, they continued arguing with me and insisted I was wrong, I then walked the "supervisor" and well, well, well the price was indeed R749.
I feel that this is pathetic, and the staff members could not even apologies to me either.
I do have the names of all members involved and I demand some sort of disciplinary action be taken against them.
