Keeping promises

I placed an order on Friday with [URL Removed] They confirmed delivery by Wednesday 25 Spet. On Saturday (weekend nogal) they called to ask if they could deliver on Monday 23 Sept before 11am.

At 10:40am on Monday 23 September my order was delivered, well wrapped and packaged.

It is not often that customers receive good service anymore, nor is it often that companies keep their promises.
