Extortionate Account

I have an account with Sportscene. My account is with VeriCredit since it fell into arrears. Everytime i call them they advice me of different balances. I got to the store and they advice me of total capital balances which after paying the system picks up another amount. They've told me they investigating the matter to give me back refund and if i want clearance of my name on credit beaure i have to pay an extra /-R26.00. Have been paying the account as from January til August. This has cause me stress and now im on anti-depressions
