BAD ATTITUDE

I received a call from 031 3278100 today from a sipiwe who apparently wanted to conduct a survey. He asked my rating for their service to which I answered and he asked for a reason, i gave him one. he then seemed so uninterested and rude. DONOT CALL ME IF YOU ARE IN A BAD MOOD, I AM A JOLLY PERSON AND DONT NEED YOUR NEGATIVITY!!!
