ITEM REPLACED WITH OLD AND UNMACTCHED

Last year 2012 July I bought kettle at Homechoice. This year 2013 around June it gave problem-the lid goes on but it does not warm the water. I then call to report the problem. I was told to send it back which I did that it can be looked at or replace if cannot be fixed. Now after waiting more than 3 months I receive (19Sept) the old kettle with unmatched card. This mean I can't even test if it is working let alone using it!
