BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the 7 September I went to Edgars at Reds Mall to purchase Clairns Concealer and Loreal Foundation. The Clairns Sales lady assisted me and said they did not have the specific colour foundation or Concelaer but would order it for me she took my number and name. She the products should arrive on the Monday or Tuesday (9 10) September, well guess what she has even bothered to phone me let alone know if she ordered it. I am sick and tired of bad customer service and will never buy a Clairns or Loreal product again.
