Amazing service from MAC, not so much from EL

My post is partially a complaint against Estee Lauder as well, however, they do not respond to any communication via email or FB!
In August, I was convinced that purchasing make up from EL was the way to go considering I've been using their skincare range. Foundation and powder was purchased with very bad results. After much back and forth, I still wasn't happy. Since they didn't respond to me, I decided to try a different brand and geez am I glad I did. Alana and Karmillah were extremely helpful and Alana went above and beyond to assist me and ensure that ultimately I left with the right products, I also had to go back once or twice but was more than happy to do it because she was doing her best. I'm now a happy MAC client and EL will never see me again. Its sad when you become too big to care about your customers.
