Still having problems

We bought a loungesuite at joshua doore in may this year, it was faulty they exchange it with a low wungesuite that was also faulty I'm still sitting with that loungesuite. We reported the problem to hellopeter and we cancelled the contract and bought a loungesuite cash by them now I'm waiting more than a week for them to deliver it. So now I want to cancell the cash deal also because they don't keep there promises they are quick to take our money but when it come to service it bad
