Product takes forever to get to branch

On 1 September I go into the Cresta branch to get a copy of Supernatural season 6 - which was not in stock, so I pre-ordered as they were getting stock in. I was told it would take 2 weeks. This after the branch at Clearwater told me anywhere between 10 days and 3 months (?). On 15 September I go back to the Cresta branch only to be told that they still don't have stock! How is this possible in 2013? The only thing that should take any amount of time in this day and age is when a woman is pregnant or a house is being built. I can order the same thing online and get it in a matter of days, why do Look and Listen take so long? What's even more annoying is they don't even have a place on their website where you can complain. Clearly they don't care about customers, so clearly they don't need them and sure don't need them either - I'll be spending my money elsewhere from now on.
