Best service I have ever experienced ANYWHERE

I am a diabetic and was having a hypoglycaemic incident. I happened to be going into Dis-Chem and thought I'd ask for some advice. I was lucky enough to be helped by Sven Petersen at the Dispensary. He took PLENTY of time to listen to me and hear what I was doing wrt eating and exercising. He was caring and concerned and very knowledgeable and gave me very sound advice. He also suggested that I see an endocrinologist, even going as far as to copy some names and numbers down for me!

This report definitely doesn't do my experience justice, but I can honestly say that I felt like divine intervention led me to his counter!

I have NEVER come across service like I experienced yesterday. This gentle man is an absolute gem and is to be hugely congratulated for showing such dedication to his profession. Thank you once again, Sven Petersen!
