Terrible service

Recently I visited in the strand for a month. I frequented OK Foods. From the start I encounterd very bad/ lack of services at the deli, bakery and cigarette counter. Firstly I waited for long periods of time before served. There was a noticable irritation from the staff at the bakery and subsequently I was given wrong items. The fruitsalad I bought was on the point of fermenting and tasted vile. A welcome change was the excellent christmas meal. The cashiers were unfriendly and looked tired, weary and worn and did NOT great on any given day at ALL. At the cigarette counter I experienced withdraw symptoms from waiting for service which was non existant. I find this sad as this store is the only one in that area and people just HAVE to put up with the status quo!
