I have purchased a HP Pavilion, (processor i3) laptop. (Date: 27 Aug 2013. Amount: R6, 999.95. Invoice: CA00680099948). When I got home and opened the box there was a HP (processor i7) in the box. Thank you for that "incredible deal!!! "

Went back to the store - since the laptop was in Russian I was not sure how to start up my laptop. The technician (Techxperts), Anthony (012 816 9620) - well what can I say?!? They were helpful but basically told me it's my problem. Since the laptop's only language was Russian - it needed a format. (And they told me I had to buy Windows 8). They didn't even offer to do the format for me. The store manger just said it's not their fault and now my problem was the warranty. The manager, Naas Olivier basically told me from Incredible Connection that my warrantee isn't valid, since on the invoice it said - HP i3 and not an i7. How is that my problem?? Naas told the tech, Anthony to call HP and hear what is there story and to report back to me. Ja, that didn't happened!?!?! And today is the 13 Sept 2013.
