I have been paying my Incredible account over the last three months to bring it up to date.

None of these payments have been accurately recorded on my credit report, and whenever I call in I get told someone will call me to sort it out. Nothing has happened yet, and I am yet to have someone call me back.

I just want a fair and accurate report, which is what Incredible has denied me at this point.
