Good day
I went to your Mrprice at the Carlton Centre today 12 Sep 13, was there at 9am but the doors only open at 9h10 am, I took the FEDORA i wanted then went to the tills to pay, but all the cashiers where talking to the manager about some posters that have to be removed, I waited and observed if someone who have the curtsey to see that I'm in the queue alone no one bothered. After 5 minutes this guy sais this lady should serve me Matshidiso Mokoena she called then started counting her cash into the register no sorry I have to count the money or anything she just carried on as normal, then took the FEDORA did not have a price I had to go and fetch it then she helped me out. The inconvenience I experienced was appalling at your store, no amount of sorry can ever make up for the time that I wasted at your store also your incompetent staff and management team is mediocre. For me that was unacceptable the fact that I came to your store early thinking I will buy what I wanted then leave quickly was a disappointment
