I purchased a smart phone at markam and I was promised a guarantee of two years. After four months it had a problem I sent it back to them twice, they did nothing to solve the problem. Then I wrote an Email to the customer care, they thanked me for complaining then the next thing the person who was attending my complain claimed to be on training when I did a follow up. Do they really care or keep their promises?? I still have to pay R2500 for this phone and it is not working cause if I dont they will blacklist me. Thanks Markam for violating my right as your customer. Fellow customer please be careful when buying phones from markams
