Images of Product COMPLETE Opposite in Reality

I ordered online with Zando and part of my purchase included a red dress. On the site, the dress appears to look maroon / deep red (almost like red wine), but when I received the dress, it was a completely different contrast to the colour on the site. It is bright red, almost pink. The material also appeared thinner and more cotton-like than in the image. I feel that I was completely mislead by the product images on the site. This was my first time purchasing from the company online and I will NOT recommend it to anyone. I am scared to shop there again for fear of receiving something that looks and feels completely different in reality.
