I bought a shirt from Woolworths Menlyn last week Tuesday on the 3rd of September, when I got home this top didn't fit my sister, I eventually lost the slip however this shirt has not been worn even once. I eventually took it back to randburg square on the 10th. I was advised because I lost a slip I have to exchange it, I told Eva that I do not want to change it because I don't want to buy anything at the moment. This shirt was bought using my account and I fail to understand why I am forced to exchange it why can't my account be credited. Eva eventually asked her manager to assist who took het time to come and assist, when she arrived she asked me long irritable questions again information that I have already given to Eva, I answered patiently thinking I will be assisted. The service was of low standard I don't know was it because im a black African customer but I didn't feel like a valued customer because there was no sense of urgency, I eventually ran out of patience and left. This shirt is useless to me because it doesn't fit my sister and I fail to understand I am I forced to exchange it, I need an answer of how to handle this situation.
