CNA not responding and sorting out order Part 3

I posted a complaint 2 weeks back regarding an order made. CNA were once again quick to repond here but they still have not sorted out the issue.
I have not had any further feedback from them and the issue still persists. I did receive a missed call from a number but no message was left and no further call was recevied from that same number so that surely was not CNA as they would have retried to get hold of me if it was.
