Went to edgars west street Durban to exchange shoes, the guy by the name of Moses gave me a very bad service telling me that they can't exchange my shoes because they have been worn, I bought the shoes on the 06/09/2013 and took them back 08/09/2013 with slips and everything. I told the guy that I didn't wear the shoes and he told me that it was my mistake that I bought the shoes that has been worn (can you believe it).im so disappointed. They (people like Moses) need to trained on how to handle clients cause really if they keep treating clients like that they will lose business big time.
