Some help here please

The newly opened F&V/ Food Lovers Market bears reference. Standards are lacking when compared to the other stores and needs a management hand on the following issues:
-no autobank facility nearby. When the card facility was not working my daughter was asked to go and pack her purchases back on the shelf???
-Outside area has table and chairs, but is dirty and no plates or cutlery to eat with.
-The only dustbin is right in front of the entrance /exit and is so full that the rubbish is lying all over

Clearly no proper management control in place here.
