Incorrect monies on withdrawal of pension grant

Yesterday, 2013-09-05, my grandmother withdrew her pension grant at the Shoprite till whereby she was given a shortage of the amount requested. When she returned to the store to query this, being a pensioner, she was requested to wait 45 minutes before any assistance. Once a spot check was done and till was not over but on request on checking of the camera's, I was told that it could 24-48hours! Apart from this, how many other pensioners is this happening too. Its basically that the pensioners are being faced with
