Bad Service at till points

Mr Price in Alberton service at tills are pathetic. This was the second time that we stood at the till for about 20 minutes and getting nowhere, we had to leave our stuff for our lunch was almost over. There are only 3 tills open and they don't care that the row only becomes longer and longer. and then they want to check our handbags at the security point as well!
