I have had a terrible customer service experience from your Bedfordview Branch. I walked in to return my faulty Belkin Router which i purchased the week before. I was then "assisted" (Read - spoken down to) by a man called Gift who first off stood in front of me with his back towards me. He asked me why i bought the router. I told him. He asked me what the problem was. Again i told him. Then he proceeds to pack up the box and chat to the other people at the till. (I neglected to pack the CD and so i was told to bring the CD back to the store and everything would be finalised) I then asked Gift if i would be able to swop the router for a new one. He then said "Well because you dont know how to use the device" Me: "i do know how to use it" Gift: "Well you cant tell me whats wrong with it" ..I then proceeded to tell him exactly what my issue was again and enunciated to him to stop rolling his eyes at me. I walked out of your store fuming. This is not the way to talk to customers. Be sure i will not be buying anything again from any Dion Wired. I am just so appalled by your after market service!
