Great customer service

When arriving at the till to pay, Zandile scanned my purchases, when she got to the soft drink I purchased, she picked it up and asked if I had got it from the shelf or the fridge. I advised that I had got it from the shelf - she then replied, "this is too hot to drink on a hot day like this!! " She then got up and returned with a cold bottle. Way above and beyond the call of duty!! Great service!!
