Today I went into Makro ready to purchase the elegance 10 000 BTU portable aircon, however on display was also a 12 000 BTU aircon as the price was very slightly different. After chatting for a while to the very distracted and uninterested sales people who made very little eye contact I decided to make the purchase not because of them but because it was what I came for. So the sales lady went to get me a unit and after over 10 minutes she returned saying that she needed to get me one from a storage container, then only did one of the other sales people tell us and her that the item was out of stock and that another customer wanted to but the one on display because the item was out if stock. What stands out for me is that
1. The item was was still marked with a price and on display even though it was sold out.
2. The sales people wasted my time making wait for something they didn't have.
3. Sales people didn't know something was out of stock.
4. The attitude as well as the ignorance of the sales staff meant that I was too annoyed to want to talk to them anymore and therefore I didn't even want to buy anything else.

I don't appreciate 25 minutes of my time being wasted. VERY UPSET!!
