Woolies can not replace a lost card in store!! :-(

Wow in this day and age one has to wait for over six weeks for a replacement card, what REALLY? I lost my card and now have to wiat six to eight weeks for a new one, this is unacsepterble.
Do not pass the buck the buck for haveing a backdated system to us as customaers. Some banks keep a photo of their cliets so replacing the card is simply a matter of providing identifcation. So the technoligy is available!!
I am so disapointed and will be closing my and my girlfreinds account. Oh and this I am told 24hrs later due to their system being down!!!
