Wanted a refund on garmets i bought from them

I bought some garments on the 15.08.13 but I didn't want the jacket I took it back. I bought it from my account when I returned it they forced me to buy something because I did not have a slip they cannot fully refund me. I told them to check on my account the transactions that's when the problem rise. They showed a bad attitude by speaking Afrikaans so that I may not hear or understand anything they were saying. I had to buy though I did not want to. I'm complaining about their bad attitude towards me they made me a feel like a in front of other customers.
