Still no progress/Iam unhappy

Iam still not happy with Russels and Defy at all. They claim they came at my house this week and did not find me, That is absolute. I promise you nobody has. Their also getting rude with me on the phone I do not appreciate it. They Must say either the will fix or should I take Further steps.
