No feedback from Customer Service

I while ago (about 6-7 week) i complained directly at the Customer Service of Kraft Foods about an Cadburry Chocolate.
And still i haven't heard anything.
I'm disappointed about their customer service.
Even a "noted" as a reply would have helped.
