Since the response I received on HelloPeter, dated 17:05:43 Wed 14 Aug 13, by the Edcon Team related to my Samsung Ativ S (Winter Melt Down) deal query, I have yet to receive an update on REF: 1408130322/GO.

I have also requested details by email (CRM:0014728) to Edcon, to which I also had not received any response, dated Wed 2013-08-21 10:18AM. This email entails the relevant details on my query. I want to receive an answer, black on white, so that I have recorded communication, no telephone calls.

Tomorrow will be the last weekday this month. I must know should I move on, since this deal would be irrelevant to me starting next month and I have been querying this more than a month already.

Straight answer, is this product available or not? As I have receive multiple answers on this request related to this query, always in liaison, ordering or waiting on another store with stock, never that it is not available. The last query I made in store, it was made known that Canal Walk was receiving stock, this was also told to another person who had interest.

An answer would be highly appreciated. A clear "no" would have send me on my way to pursue other products related to my needs.
