I was so appalled by the service I got from Nelly at Jet Ilanga yesterday. I was with my daughter and she wanted to fit some pants before we paid and the was no one at the fitting rooms, the rooms were however locked and couldn't be used. I asked the cashier to get us some assistance of which he did but to my annoyance no one came even though I heard her respond to him. We waiting a good ten minutes for her to bless us with her presence and when she finally did grace us, her nose was up to her forehead with arrogance and annoyance. She did not greet us let alone apologise for keeping us waiting. I suggest someone at that JET teach customer service and politeness. I understand people get busy but you say it and you apologies and smile. She gave me so much attitude like I was bothering her. It's too late for her apology now, what I want is someone to emphasise to the staff the importance of excellent customer service unless that's not of importance to JET. I want that BAD ATTITUDE to be stopped before its transformed to other customers who can't complain on platforms such as these. I was utterly disgusted and still am. As if that was not enough I experienced EFT problems at the till.
