Price increase on a fairy dress within one month?

I bought two fairy dresses at the beginning of August and ordered three more. I paid R249.00 for the two and left my details with the store lady. Two weeks later I phoned the Sunninghill shop to enquire if they had arrived. Oops said the lady let me check. Then suddenly I needed to pay a deposit and they only had them in a different color. I said fine send me the bank details. Next day I phoned with no bank details to ask for them again and she promised she would get back to me. On the fourth day apparently now the price has suddenly gone up to R289.00per dress. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told she is overseas with her family. This shop has messed me around for a month with horrendous customer service and constantly passing the bill to managers whom i cannot get hold of. Its a disgrace that a shop can go about business like this. Do Not Support them!!!
