A Month and 12 days later, STill No Delivery

I ordered and payed for a textbook on the 14th of July, and upon checkout, the delivery date was said to be 14 august, and till today I still have not received my book, nor heard from the delivery company, I am not at all happy with this as I ordered this textbook for school and I have assignments to submit which require the use of the textbook, and as well exams are around the corner and I still have not started in my studies. I am very dissapointed with the service I am receiving as I am a paying customer and expect to be informed if at all there are any delays in my delivery, as I have not been contacted as to why I still have not received my order.
