Bad Quality Bedding

Seeing that I have e-mailed them and they don't respond I might as well come here. I recently bought the Darma Bedcover Set from them.

I have washed it with the hand as recommended but that did not even stop it from ripping at the seams!!

I feel that for the amount of money I have to pay, this is not acceptable, if it was cheap bedding I would understand but I am paying a little fortune. This is not the first set I bought from them that it happened to, it also happened with the Jesse set, we saw that the seams hardly had 5mm overlapping each other and unfortunately we sewed it up using more material. So this happening twice now with two different bed sets makes me wonder if their products is as good as they claim!

I don't even know if there is a guarantee on the products! If I have to send it back who will be responsible for the courier charges, I have already paid for it to be delivered to me!!

Once I also bought a set and the sun damaged the black curtain (in less than a year) to an extend that it looks brown, when I wanted to order a new set I was informed that they discontinued with that range and that the ranges change ever so often!! So exchanging is not an option!
