Lost Cellphone while at queu Mr Price blackberry

I went to Mr price on Saturday 24th August between 13h00 and 15h00 to shop for my niece for her 15th birthday. I got to the tills put my pay 2 baskets took out my wallet and in the midst of all that I lost my cellphone a blackberry 9900. As I took my 3 plastic bags I realized my phone was missing I asked the teller she replied that she never saw it. One lady said retrace your steps I did but the general attitude was that of not caring at all. I went to the help desk asked for the manager to no avail nothing forthcoming they announced for other customers to take care of their belongings. I was at the till could somebody not say we will view the surveillance camera to try see what could have happened??? No one no one gave a care after I spent R2200 in the shop. Never going back there ever again. They could have done much better 2 minutes later my phone was off.
