Just plain BAD customer service

First i bought a fridge, waited TWO WEEKS for it to be delivered, Within the 6 Month Warrenty Period the fridge broke - I went to the store to report the problem, also to inform them of my cell number change. After TWO WEEKS of not hearing from them i phoned them and spoke to Ellias (He delt with all my queries) seems like they forgot about me. I had to repeatedly phone them to get feedback and to REMIND them i'm a paying customer. Only after a full 6 weeks have my fridge been replaced. THEN, the replacement fridge broke after just TWO MONTHS after receiving it, it stopped making cold overnight. I phoned them again to report the problem, they came to fetch the fridge and I still have not heard back from them after requesting they give my money back as it seems they are giving me REJECTS to replace their faulty fridges. Now, every time I phone i have to give the new cell number and update my details EVERY TIME just for them to give me feedback. They keep saying they are waiting for feedback from HQ regarding my money they owe me. And when they DO try to phone me and i don't answer ONCE, they go on about it as if they tried several times. It's a cell number - LEAVE A MESSAGE! Pathetic
