On the 22nd of February, we purchased a fridge from game, they delivered on the 23rd. I noticed that the fridge was making a rumbling sound, but thought maybe it was because it was new. On the 8th of March I noticed that the door rubber/seal was starting to tear and the rumbling sound was getting louder. On the 9th of March I went into game to report this and asked that they please replace the fridge as it was only 2 weeks old. They said it is not their policy to just replace it but they would send a technician out and then get back to me. I told them i do not want my NEW fridge repaired, that i wanted it replaced! The technician came to look at it on Monday, we have been phoning Game all week and they cannot give me an answer as to what the outcome of the technicians report was and gave me the KIC call center number to phone them and follow up (which i did and they also cannot give me an answer). I am absolutely disgusted with Games customer service, they were very quick to take our money when we purchased the fridge, bt now that its broken they dont seem interested in helping me! I don't know where else to turn?
