Handing in a defective flask without any hope for refund or else, since had no more slip and it was already a replacement received in November 2012 (the first one survived two fillings, the second five, the stopper just coming apart) I was surprised and highly pleased being offered a similar flask of different make without any formalities and bureaucracy.
