COMPLAIN ABOUT BED

Kindly assist me with the above mentioned company I bought a bed at their store last year August with two years garantee, after few months of using it started to make a noise. I then go back to them to inform them about the problem, the guy by the name of AVI told me that he will contact their head office to find out how can they assist. I waited for months without any response from the store I then go back to my suprise the AVI guy told me he is still waiting for their. Last Sunday 18 August I called him but he promise to revert back to me after few minutes up until today. I call him again today 23 August he says he will call me after two minutes to my suprise he did not call me. After an hour i called him to my suprise he says there is nothing they can do as there was no garantee on the bed, i requested their number but he refuses saying they dont have head office but it is the owner but still refuses to give me the owners money. kindly assist me i need my money or they must fix that bed
