Pensioner robbed inside checkers

On Friday 22 November 2013 my 88-year old mother went into Checkers, Virginia to buy her monthly groceries. In one of the isles, a man came up to her and blocked her with his trolley. He started talking to her in his language while bumping her trolley with his trolley. She tried to get out of the way but this whole interaction took a while, so by the time she managed to free herself from this man, an accomplice has her money from her bag while the other person kept her attention away. She was petrified, an old lady cornered by men inside of the shop and robbed. She was so traumatised and all her pension money from her. What is Checkers going to do about this? where is their security and why do they not do something to protect their customers inside their shops??? Surely footage can be checked on the cameras??? Disgusting and vile
