I emailed, I phone but still I get an account to pay for R628.67, because they put my previous purchase with this purchase even though I already paid the 1st purchase in full. I made copies and email the proof that I paid the 1st purchase in full, but they don't listen and charge interest because I fail to pay the full amount, why should I if their calculations is incorrect.
