Store that is too proud to say sorry to customers

My wife bought a bedroom set cash. We transported it ourselves since they could not at the time we wanted it. They refused to come and assemble the set after 3 months we bought it. We then did it ourselves and we found that the headboard did not have screws. We consulted the branch which not helpful together with the manager who could not be phoned and we were eventually told they cant asist us. We bought screws and assembled the bed. I phoned to register my dissatisfaction to their customer care centre and nothing was done by the store to address my unhappiness-even to say sorry. Never again will I set my foot in that store, anything written Beares no go for me.
