Cigarette stub in sealed milk carton

Opened a full cream long life milk; started pouring and black stuff started coming out the spout... and wait for it... A CIGARETTE STUB emerged from the carton!

I logged the complaint on 14 August 2013, received a reference # DB-1403, to date no courier has been to collect the carton! Where is the quality check for Dairybelle! Absolutely disgusting!
