Not sure what your response means as it doesnt solve my problem and im still without a pair of sunglasses!!! this has happened twice to me and if i had warranties i surely wouldve used it, dont you think? but it has occured twice and sooner or later the warranties expire.
I am not accepting a discount of 15% or whatever you seem to be offering as that means that I will in essense be spending over my budget! R2500 is what i paid for my previous pair and now i must replace it with new one so another 2500/3000 less what R275??? What a joke!!! so i get to spend over 5000 for a pair of glasses? i couldve just gone to another Brand.
