Different sizes of the same shoe

Good day,

I ordered a pair of shoes from you and eventually were delivered almost two weeks ago.
I have been trying to get hold of you from the contact number you have on the website- as always it rings engaged.

The shoes you gave me are different sizes and for the same foot i.e. left foot size 5 and 6.5 for the same foot.
I have also been struggling to get the online returns form on the website to return them and get the right size.

I will appreciate your help again on this one. My order number is 200623972
