Access Advertising
Access Advertising is a! BEWARE!

I was called by Access Advertising telling me that they are updating their KZN Telephone Directory listing and they need me to update our company's listing. I could hardly understand the guy on the phone he spoke so fast and unclearly. I said that he must send me all the information on email, which he did. The email is a form for a 12 month subscription for R295 per month. I was very confused as I did not recall ever advertising with them last year. They called me 2 days later to find out if I have completed the form. I then asked them what directory they are talking about and they said it was the KZN Telephone directory and last year I advertised for free with them. I asked who they dealt with last year and they said they do not have that information! I then said send me the advert that was placed last year, to which they agreed. The next day, a different person called me asking if I have completed the forms and again I said NO I want a proof of the advert I placed last year to which they again agreed. I am waiting for my "proof". This is definitely not legit. They cannot tell me who they spoke to last year, they can't show me a proof of my "free" advert & there is not such directory!
