National advertising, Africa advertising = SAME

Africa advertising used to send faxes around the country getting staff members at the companies signing the document where they then enter the company into a contract that must be honoured etc. etc. They threatened you with the CPA if you did not want to pay. I had one staff member in Cape Town caught out like this.
Now they send the same rubbish form to companies but are now called National Advertising CC
Just be aware of this as it is the same, I actually got a minute listing on their website (i forced them to do so as i had to pay the 3K for the Western Cape Directory) but it is just a legalised by the fact that it was signed by the representative of the company targeted and.
