PnP delivers on service beyond the call of duty

Yesterday morning at 8am I went to Steenberg to apply for my American visa. On arrival I realised I had forgotten to print a very important document off my email. I was told to go to the Post Office down the road and they could assist me however they would only open at 8.30am and I did not have time to wait. They were still in darkness so I couldn't ask for assistance earlier. So I decided to ask the neighbouring shops. First I approached a cell phone shop; who despite having all lights on and a lady behind the till stated they only open at 9am. So I approached the info desk at PnP. Not a moment's hesitation and I was escorted to their offices to sort out my problem; by the time I got there the man at info had already phoned ahead to inform them and a computer was made available to me. I managed to find the document and print it off and get back in the queue for my visa by 8.15am. What a relief! I think Pick n Pay definitely needs the recognition for this for going beyond the call of duty and reinforcing why I am a PnP shopper! Thank you!
