Disappointing service

I waited more than a month for my items, only to get an email today, "Discontinued".
[URL Removed] is linked to many suppliers, I am sure they could have sourced the item from another supplier if they wanted to.

Why wait a month to respond. If its unavailable, don't say "in stock" when the item is purchased.

This is really disappointing, first and last time that I will shop at loot.
