Dropping customer right before christmas

I placed an order on the 25th of November, and was told dispatch would be the 9th November, only for me to get an email TODAY telling me, oh sorry you, we dont have the item, i ordered this 2 weeks ago for me to be dropped like this, it was suppose to be an xmas gift now i have to scramble around and try to find something else. i think i must stick to other reputable companies like takealot. and you *ssholes have the nerve to advertise this item despite not having it or even able to get it to customers, i dont give a what goes on with the suppliers etc. i am the customer and as far as im concerned u guys just stuffed me around. never again will i order from loot. and i will be sure to tell others of this, hopefully i can find the item i ordered elsewhere, and i want a refund IMMEDIATELY, you have had my money for 2 weeks already.don't bother calling to apologies, im too busy trying to find a replacement gift 2 WEEKS before Christmas.
